Manufacturing
Our cleanroom facility operates to ISO 14644 Class 7 standards. CNC machining centres holding Âą0.002 mm tolerances produce implant components from certified billets with full chemical and mechanical traceability. Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection, surface finish measurement, biocompatibility testing and sterility validation before release.
