1. Orders
All orders are subject to written acceptance. The Company reserves the right to decline orders without obligation.
2. Pricing
Quoted in GBP/USD/EUR, valid 30 days, exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Standard: 50% deposit with order; balance before shipment. Approved accounts: net 30 days from invoice.
4. Regulatory Compliance
The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all import licences and market authorisations in their territory.
5. Returns
Returns require prior written authorisation. Sterile products with damaged packaging cannot be accepted.
6. Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
English law. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales.
